This unit development is located in vibrant Morningside at the end of the main shopping strip. It brings together fragments of land (which formed a very irregular shaped block) and transforms them into a well thought out complex. It's located opposite a train station and next to a service station. The design team faced major challenges including traffic and noise issues. The results!! The main entry is away from the busy main road and is designed to encourage residents to walk through the complex through attractive landscaping, pool and BBQ areas. While it spans between two road frontages, car access is only from one side. Car parking is a semi dug-in basement for the entire development. The buildings range from two to four storeys on the block, housing 34 two bedroom units.
